Totter Passel in Leipzig
I am looking forward to carry my tubings and waters to Leipzig. For the first time I will present the Totter Passel thing as an installation which will then turn into an instrument during two concerts…
Hope to see you there!

INFO:
With the Totter Passel project, Berlin performer and sound artist Peter Strickmann creates a miniature theater of sounds and events.
The spatial installation consists of an ensemble of air-controlled mechanisms with which profane objects and small quantities of water are set in motion. Microphones magnify the activities of the water and the objects and make the percussive, multi-colored sound sequences audible in detail. The overall sound of this water and object music appears to be synthetic, but its origin is purely mechanical.
The installation will be accessible as an exhibition for the duration of the event. On two concert dates (25.04. and 27.04.2025), it will become a spatial instrument. Objects perform, sounds are hidden in pipes. The musician is just one actor among many.
